- Arrivals from 3 p.m.; departures by 10.00 a.m. See Price List for more details.
- A deposit of 10% per week is payable by BACS when booked by more than 2 people, with the balance payable by cash or card on arrival. Any deposit will
be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 1 week of the date.
Please contact Jenny by text (07949 457 924) or email (https://www.newbyendfarm.co.uk/contact-us/) to check availability and get details for BACS for payment of deposit if applicable. - The tenant undertakes to keep the property and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in good order and to be responsible for any damage or loss. The cottage must be left clean and tidy on departure.
- Whilst the owners of the cottage will do everything possible to make your stay a happy one, neither they nor their servants can be held responsible for any loss or damage affecting tenants, howsoever caused.
If you have any cause for complaint during your stay, please mention it immediately and we will do our best to put things right.
