COVID-19 Information

COVID-19 Update

We were pleased to be able to reopen the campsite and cottage on July 4th 2020, but there will have to be some restrictions for the time being.

We will thoroughly clean the campsite toilets and showers twice a day, but to avoid crowding, we encourage visitors to use their own facilities as far as possible.  To avoid unnecessary traffic into the barn, recycling facilities will be on the campsite and the wheelie bin for general refuse will be in the yard.  The Common Room will not be available and campers will not have access to the washing machine and fridge

Further, we will necessarily have to keep a social distance from everybody, so payments will ideally have to be by contactless card or by bank transfer.

We are sorry to have to impose these restrictions, but they are for everyone’s good.

We will arrange to have the minimum possible contact with cottage visitors, keeping social distance, and the cleaning of the cottage between users will be to Cottages.com ‘Safer Stays’ standard.  (https://www.cottages.com/safer-stays)
