Special conditions for groups other than couples and families
In welcoming specifically couples and families it follows that there are some campers that we might be unable to accept.
Schools and organised groups are welcome but they must be booked at least one month in advance.
At the owner’s discretion parties may be asked to pay a bond of £25 per person, in cash, on arrival along with their full site fee (if that has not already been paid in advance). This bond will be refunded in full on departure, subject to there having been no complaints about disturbance, and subject also to an inspection of the site.
Out of consideration for all on the site, we ask that there is no noise please between 11.00 pm and 7.30 am.
No such groups will be accepted at Bank Holiday weekends or at the time of the Appleby Fair.
