At Newby End we already have a fully-equipped music room and a mixture of accommodation which enables us to run a variety of Activity Holidays.
Furthermore, we have now completed the first stage of conversion of our fine stone barn, giving an area of 88 square metres (approx 1,000 square feet) for your event. It has a splendid maple dance floor, seating for up to 100 and a Kawai 5'6" Grand Piano. There are stage blocks to make a raised area where needed and a public address system can be provided.
Completion of this project will enable us to offer a much greater range of educational and cultural courses at reasonable prices to children and adults.

Further parts of this project will include a new foyer, a room for serving light refreshments and a refectory and kitchen area below.
